I wish they'd call it something else. Pantheism and panentheism, when you're reading quickly, look like the same word. So When I first read your post you seemed to be contradicting yourself but then I read it again. Because I don't tend to label myself (I usually don't see any need), I'm not very familiar with some terminology. And I have a confession which is that right now I couldn't even say what panentheism actually means because all I did was look it up, thought "yeah that sums me up" and then I forgot what it meant. But I'll look it up again in a minute.
Right, I've taken a quick look at panentheism in wikipedia and here's what it basically says (the bits that I could understand anyway), with my thoughts :
God exists - Yes
It interpenetrates every part of nature - Not quite. God is nature
Timelessly extends beyond it aswell - Yes
"The whole is in god" - Yes
God is the eternal animating force behind the universe - Not quite. God is the universe
Some versions say that the universe is nothing more than the manifest part of god - Yes
God is greater than the universe - Yes
So I'm not sure if panentheism describes my view accurately, but it's the closest that I've come across.
In my view, god is everything, and is also simultaneously completely transcendental of everything. Including all contradictions and paradoxes. And also, including itself. So in that sense, in my view god is more omnipotent, and omni-everything else than even the traditional religions claim. I've kind of defined god into nothingness, and back again.
