All of that, holds no evidence of a creator, then..sorry, we go our separate paths. I just simply know that something so big can never ever be without a creator. Just like your current computer OS . It's impossible to say "well, there is no enough evidence that humans made it".
If we assume for the sake of discussion your Designer, we must acknowledge his incompetence. From the appendix, to the human retina, to susceptibility of the genetic code to malignant mutation, the spine, and many other examples -- we can paraphrase Hume and wonder if we are not the product of an infant godling experimenting with his newly-discovered powers, much like a human child taking his tottering first steps?
Because let's face it, his bioengineering skills are desperately wanting an understanding of efficient physics and chemistry.
