Hey, need some help on a "story"

So I'm currently trying to create a test, this test is dedicated to young children developing skepticism skills ages 6/12+. It will help show where there mind is at when it comes to Bible morality.
What Im hoping todo here is create a story, a story that has bible storys hidden inside of itself I tried todo this myself but I always got some sort of horror story something way to unpleasant that may push the tester off guard. I would like to focus on the Noah's Arc story (the great flood), or Adam and Eve (eating the fruit), for example, {Sam got some new puppies from the pet story he loved them very much, one day Sam finished cleaning the couch and told the puppies very clearly not to jump onto the couch. The puppies did get on there after some time, Sam decided to put the puppies into the pound he was very upset.}
That example was very bad and that is why I am here. I need a story that shows God in away that shows him like a child upset and doing something unreasonable but remember there has to be a story hidden inside of the plot, I failed todo so in my example but I'm sure someone will think of something.
Im almost positive someone did the test, but I cannot find anything on the matter when it comes to the internet so I found myself here.
This would be much appreciated as this will be used in real test preformed on volunteers, at the end of the story the test subjects will be questioned about there feelings/morals on the story.
