Wish I spoke German. The on-line translator had no problem with Alex's line, but this is what I got for yours:

Yeah, that's the gist of it. It was a song, written by Ernst Busch, performed by Brecht, I believe. It's from the early 30ies before Hitler came to power and makes fun of the Nazi movement, basically mentioning all their personal and political vices. I don't think it's really translatable, since you'd have to understand the political situation of the time as well as the personal details of the Nazi figures mentioned in the lyrics. Also, the syntax would be totally wrong.
Oh yes, it uses the melody of the tipperary march.
