That's not a heated discussion, such incompetence is just a disgrace for your school district. Too bad he isn't breaking any laws with that moronic statement afaik.
Actually - he is indeed breaking laws. His job is to teach - and claiming a religious exemption from belief is not part of his teaching. He should be fired for it.
