So, theres no presumption on my part for knowing what an atheist believes --------- I just know it and from an objective standpoint. Why are you upset about People knowing what atheists believe in ? At one time in my life, I professed to be an Atheist myself and I knew the reason why I was one. Ive run with the atheist crowd for many many adult years so I have a superb foundation on atheism and the mind of an Atheist. Now...if I should say something that doesn't apply to you personally as a professed Atheist, then please correct me but do explain thoroughly why I was mistaken so I can learn from my error. Thanks.
As has already been explained to you atheism is a rejection of the belief in a deity, nothing more. Just because you are an atheist does not mean you are automatically a humanist as you like to posit, that is like saying because you are a theist then you are a Christian. The fact that you don't understand this shows everyone you are just lying when you claim you were an atheist.
