That is my diagnosis as well. Everyone is different but meditation works wonders for me. Be aware of the different types of meditation, I would start with guided meditation first. Be kind to yourself, it is especially hard to "stop" our brains but it is possible. With me, it is preventative. NOT reactive. If I am in the middle of an episode it is impossible for me to do this, I need my meds. Don't get discouraged, it takes work and it is not easy but my guess is your life will be fuller and more clear if you stick with it. Please Please Please be kind to yourself when it doesn't work the first couple of times, just build upon each day!Big Grin
