A little innuendo doesn't kill the thread. I personally try to only convert fun threads and obvious troll threads. Sometimes it's harder than others and everyone goes to moaning. I honestly don't see why people don't just open up and take it for what it is. You can ignore a bit of innuendo and just keep doing the thread as if you never saw it.
