In the first tape we have the chief admitting that a mere 1.5-2 seconds elapsed between the time the squad car drove up to the kid and the time the cops shot him.

IN this earlier release of the full tape...except for what the cops admit they edited... there is an accompanying news clip which claims that they told him to put his hands up 3 times before shooting.

Try saying that 3 times in 1.5-2 seconds and see how much time you have left to pull your gun and kill a 12 year old with a toy gun.

BTW, they were right on top of the kid....not 50 feet away as the tape makes clear.

Looks to me like they went charging in and shot him immediately. Yeah, the kid was playing with a toy gun. Apparently that's a capital crime in Cleveland with its trigger happy cops.
