The universe exist for billions of years.
Without balance it would have gone ages ago.
Suppose you run a business.
You know how to run it.
After sometime you go away and the workforce take over.
The vision that you had is gone and now different people try to run the business according to their wishes.
The clashes between different people start and after sometime the business can no longer operate in a proper way as everybody for himself.
The whole business will collapse.
The same thing would happen in a universe without a controller with a proper vision.
Is this a joke? You think the universe works like a business?
Quote:Happiness is not an indicator of truth. Take any fairy tale as an example like Santa Clause.Quote:Never said or implied you were an idiot. I said you prioritize your happiness over truth.
Happiness rarely come when you do the wrong thing.
Mr big after robbing and getting a train full of cash end up in the rotting scrap.
Happiness build upon crime last only for a short time.
When instead your happiness last and last it means that you do the correct thing and the truth is part of this happiness so they go hand in hand.
Quote:You're sadly mistaken that religions are only concern about external worship. This maybe the focus of Judeo-Christian religions, but it is not for all religions. For example, Buddhism is a religion, and it focus on internal struggle of removing oneself from wants.Quote:You are talking about supernatural stuff like god, spirits, etc... That is still a religion. It might not be an organized religion, but still a religion.
Both spirituality and religion believe in God but while spirituality is internal progress religions are concern about external worship which can not lead to any progress.
As i thought you haven't got a clue about the difference among the two.
Suppose we two have a car.
I use the car to go to work while you (hypothetically) use the car to go to rob a bank.
Both of us believe in the value of our cars but the reasons are different.
