They will ultimately make the gigantic mistake of gathering together at a valley outside of Jerusalem for a final thrust.
It will be their "Custer's Last stand".
These people will bring it upon their own heads.
You will die without seeing this happen, prof. We all will.

He asked for it, and these Elete are in the same boat.
The event you're referring to is fictional. Never happened. The Israelis searched for signs that any of the events of the Exodus were historical and came up empty. It's a small area, they would have found something. Your future history is just as fictional as your past history.

It is used by wicked people as a lever of control.
The "Ceasers" all claimed to be gods, their offsprings- the Popes followed in their tyrannical footsteps, just as the murdering Islamics are doing now.
It is all evil people in power.
It's a mixed bag, like it's always been, but despite superficial appearances, as a percentage of world population, fewer people have died by violence in the last 100 years than any century in history. We're more aware of the violence that exists than we used to be, which exaggerates our perception of it, but it used to be even worse. And 40 years ago, 40% of the world's population were in what the UN defines as 'extreme poverty', now it's less than 15%. In some ways the human world is getting worse, in other ways it's getting better, just like it always has.

The very reason the US had a tri-fold division of it- to spread it out.
Yep. Glad you paid attention in grade school civics.

Or a system immune to it?
No. Why would you think any of us think that? There's room for improvement though, wouldn't you agree? Perfection is forever out of reach, but better is within our grasp.

To what fairy tale do you imagine we're holding on?

What do you think we said is going to happen?

No thanks to Christian fundamentalists.

Again, same song different singers.
We can begin by confronting the selfish ways within ourselves but the job will not go far until the spiritual realm is cleansed.
Stuffed Devil anyone?
That is what is coming.
Don't be in his pocket.
The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing people he's real.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.
