You need to make the change so everyone who might read this knows I did not say that, and yes when someone has to change what others say they are definitely insecure. Fix it right or remove it.

Nope. She's fine. "Fixed that for you" is a clear statement that she was altering what you said, and is therefore not breaking any rules.

Use of textual alteration for the purpose of parody may be allowed, provided it is clear that the changes have been made to the original quote.

Just exactly how is someone to know what was changed, others either underline or bold the change. I have no problem when someone wants to play childish games. Someone new to this site or just visiting would not know what was changed. There's nothing clear about what was changed.
