I used to work in a Mental Health Centre, certain of the local churches (mostly the Baptists) would try to infiltrate the place and recruit the service users. To this end they would try and turn every conversation into a religious debate, despite that being explicitly against the regulations. Leaflets would be left around the centre and baptist events/groups promoted. Then we got the bullying as the service users were told their mental health problems were due to demonic possession and they had to stop taking their prescribed medication, go to the baptist church and have some half-wit try to exorcise them, for a fee...
