Stars are not little lights attached to the sky, neither is the Moon a light. The Earth was not 'made' before the Sun. Nor were plants. And non-human animals were certainly around long before homosapiens showed up. Therefore, whoever wrote that stuff down had no idea of the true nature of reality; not lying, but certainly not knowledgeable. I'd expect better from a god that was supposed to be there at the time.
