Hey, I'll give you that. I'm really not that interested in reading approval ratings. Here in Ohio, a huge majority of people I talk to don't care that he's black, they just don't like that he's "a stupid nigger". Then, they back peddle when I call them out on blatant racism, trying their hardest to come up with an actual talking point. I realize other states exist, but this is what I hear most in mine. This represents my experience the truest.

I'll relate a true story. Back in 2008 I went to drop off my ballot. I happened to run into an acquaintance doing the same thing. I told him that Obama was going to win. He replied, "well at least my conscious will be clear that I didn't vote for that nigger". Fast forward to 2012 and this acquaintance of mine is the most die-hard Hermain Cain supporter I ever met.

My acquaintance is clearly racist. His racism isn't what caused him to dislike Obama nor did it dampen his support for Herman Cain. You see, presidential elections are no longer about the person anymore. The person running is incidental....its all about ideology now. Ideology has no color.

Let Jeb get the nod for the republican'ts and watch what the turn out will be against him. He is the best republican't for anyone to run against.

This is a good point. A Bush running would certainly motivate the liberal locksteppers and that could make the difference. It is certainly not an automatic win for the dems as you suggest.
