These things are why God has given you the freedom of choice, but just like with the world there are consequences to your choices.
Have you actually with seriousness looked for God, if you really want to know if He's real it's what you'll have to do, you get serious and God will open your eyes and mind, it will be up to you to open your heart.

Ah, so god does know at this very moment, and for all of time, where I will be spending my eternal life.
Do I have or have I ever had the ability to change that destination?
You will always be able to choose God and the salvation that comes through Christ. Here's the question you should be asking, do I want to change the destination I was born to, all are born without salvation and that's something you can change.
I'm pretty sure I know what you're try to get at and you should look at this situation you think you can't change in this way, God knows your eternal destination and for all you know it's heaven.

He cannot lie, nor change His nature, nor can He learn or be taught.
So I have a power God does not; I can lie.
Something seems to be wrong with his omnipotence.
Is there some text in God's EULA which explains this?
Lying isn't a power, it's the result of one not using their brain.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
