It can be done, yes.
I went to Christmas Mass with my dad this past holiday season, and have no desire to return. lol You can go to just enjoy the time with your gf, and that's actually a nice thing to do.
My only thing I'll caution you on is...if you remain an atheist, and she is very into the faith...if you guys continue on, that *may* become a problem down the road.
