This is how a kinesin (protein) moves along a cytoskeletal filament in your body. The video's a litte bit misleading, though, it's not really as pretty as this. The "foot" would disengage, wiggle and jitter about randomly until it finds the binding site at the correct angle, then bind, allowing the other foot to disengage and do the same thing. Amazing, nonetheless.
