I'd say go into safe mode and do whatever you want in the usual way.
I never know if it's F8, or F10, or F5 to go into windows boot menu...
M$ seems to say it's F8:

Just hit the damn key several times from the moment you press the on switch to when it starts doing something, like entering windows...
Oh, but there's a catch: Use F8 or Shift + F8 (doesn't work when using UEFI BIOS & SSDs)
