Yep. Whenever considering whether I want to download some unknown free software, I look to reviews for signs that there's crapware or malware bundled with it, and I always go to the official website to download it. Never a 3rd party download site. How do you think such sites make money? By being paid to shovel shitware on the unsuspecting, in part.
