And you would bet your life on the belief that a bearded old man in the sky deceptively gave two humans a way to betray God by eating a piece of fruit? Not only this but you don't at all question the idea of creation by a God who had somehow made the concept of days before he created the earth? And what about the sun and moon and everything else we have discovered?

Honestly, I would. Your bible interpretation is pretty shallow if that's all you get from the creation account.
