I'm pretty sure you know that I used to use "Thumpalumpacus" as a handle. I'll be returning to that handle when my year is up, first week of October, iirc. I changed it for privacy reasons, which have since been sorted. "Thumpalumpacus" is the name I've used on every website I've joined since AOL, back when my computer system looked like this:

Am I the only one that memorizes people's avatars for name changing purposes?

Maybe I'm the only one who doesn't?

You're not alone -- I change my avatar often enough that I know better than to use avs for recognition purposes.
