Let' see if I can think of any:
1. The dead's family and friends may not like that at all.
2. Society may find this disgusting to do.
3. Not healthy?
4. If you don't want to be eaten when you're dead, don't do so yourself.
5. May result in psychological trauma after partaking of the flesh of your fellow human being.
