I have a well balanced diet between fruit and meat. Meat has alot of protien which is essential for muscle gain. Also fish meat as they say are brain food. Called that for a reason. Meat like Mcdonalds burgers are not healthy. Since much of the meat is from parts of the animal which isn't normally eatern. Crap pretty much. But fresh natural meat like minted lamb (yum!) pork (lovely) and chicken (bloody nice) are all healthy foods for the body.
Nothing makes you stronger than a good lump of well cooked meat.

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity.
Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist.
You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them.
