I think that if you scroll up from the bottom of the dress, it's more convincingly blue and black than if you scroll down from the top of the dress. Below is an inset of a swatch toward the bottom of the dress. I think it probably also increases the chance of seeing blue and black if you view it in a brightly lit room.
