They are both true. Christians of all denominations can go to heaven and all denominations don't have a completely correct understanding of biblical doctrine. The "body of Christ", which is his church, is composed of all followers of Christ. Neither Jesus nor any of the biblical writers mentioned any specific denomination. Denominations came about as people grouped together according to how they interpreted various doctrines from scripture. Looks like a draw!
