According to yoga evolution go hand in hand with karma in human so i did not answer only part of the whole but i did answer the whole.

From an atheist point of view it is natural that karma has nothing to do with evolution as karma it is likely to involve someone who administer justice but again that is your problem so when you ask a question you should be prepared to listen what people think about rather than with a yes or a no like when you go in front of a judge.
