In many cases, it's nothing but a cultural conflict. I for certain, know that the Arab culture has negative things, so when people see that, they assume directly it's "Islamic".

The media has a huge impact on this, and we know for certain that in many cases, the crowd just follows the stream.
From my view, there is a lot of "islamophobia" on the move, especially the cases of hate crimes, like the ATHEIST WHO KILLED THE MUSLIM GUY AND HIS SISTER & WIFE, which if a muslim did it to an atheist, atheists would've spent years crying and preaching about "those evil terrorist muslims".
Bullshit and racism at its best.
Personally, no I'm not. I'm only against the type of Muslims, who want to convert by the sword, and display violent behavior, but again, I'm against ANY HUMAN who wants to do that.
Tell me, if that is the case that muslims are advocating peace, love, living and laughing, then how come there is so much violence in the world? For example, let us take coptic christians, who were in Egypt a great deal longer than Muslims, yet they are the second-class citizens in their own country, where churches are burnt to the ground on a regular basis, people being beaten to death, women mass raped. What happened to the 1970s version of Iran, where women were free to wear whatever they wish until the revolution happened and the Ayatollah started to get all Hitler-esque? How about the Grand Mufti who was in collusion with the biggest crackpot in world history? How about the idea of Sunni Islam treating Shi'a Islam as inferior and its peoples as inferior? Muslims in spite of being semitic people are in fact anti-semitic towards the Jewish people and will not stop until they are all dead.

Now, if a Christian was to do that in an Islamic country, or should an Atheist dare to speak out about Islam, then he will be put to the sword in a blink of an eye. If you want peace in this world, get with the programme and drag yourselves to the 21st century, because whether you like it or not, Islam is neither about peace, love, living and laughing. Islam is about domination, hate, war, putting fear into the lives of everyone. Dare I say it, but Islam can be compared to the Spanish Inquisition. As for Islamophobia, does it really exist? Muslims are atheophobes, homophobes, judeophobes, Christianophobes. Muslims kill those who dare to leave the religion of "peace." Damn!!! Apostasy existed in the bible and the torah too, but thankfully, it doesn't really exist now. As for the "religion of peace", I think everyone knows the meaning of the word "Islam", and it isn't peace, but "submission."
