I dont get it.

The sign indicates that the restaurant serves "Tasty Baby" as an item, as evidenced by the marquee stating "Mmm Tasty Baby". The comment about the comma indicates that if they had properly included a comma in the marquee, it would be a message about how tasty the porkloin is, "Mmm tasty, baby!". And, obviously, baby-eating is a funny trope commonly associated with atheism.

Oh, and in the first one Dark Star said:

See, now if they had used a comma incorrectly, we wouldn't know that this place catered to atheists.

Since no comma was used, and D/S refered to an improper use he probably meant.

"Mmmm, Tasty Baby."

As you can clearly see here a comma after the MMMM and not the word tasty or baby, would indicate an Atheist eating establishment.
