First and foremost, since I have yet to see proof of any god, I don't believe in the concept of sin. Thus, I don't have a version of it. The burden of proof isn't on ME to help you make YOUR argument. You're an adult. Make it yourself and answer my post without trying to put it back on me.

So when asked to provide a source quote from said work, your belief in validity in that work has no bearing on a canonical quote. For instance you can say that according to marvel comics the Incredible Hulk is red.. Now whether you believe in the existence of the hulk as a real being or not has absolutely no bearing on you quoting what marvel comics said concerning the color of the hulk.

What the psalms were, their use in worship?

They were poetry and hymns to be put to music. While there is much truth that can be found in the psalms, the book of psalms is not law. Romans on the other hand is a book of (Christian) law/rules.

Even so I won't dismiss what you've quoted just because I technically can. I want you to see how your failure is complete so we will also look at the context you omitted.

But when we look at in context:
For the director of music. A psalm of David. When the prophet Nathan came to him after David had committed adultery with Bathsheba.

and cleanse me from my sin.
3 For I know my transgressions,
and my sin is always before me.
4 Against you, you only, have I sinned
and done what is evil in your sight;

5 Surely I was sinful at birth,
sinful from the time my mother conceived me.
6 Yet you desired faithfulness even in the womb;

We clearly see one man lementing his personal sin, and going to God about his own personal situation. This is made abundantly clear when you go back to the the Hebrew or even to the king James text.

"All" in The Jewish/koine Greek lexicon meant "all" that Paul took the time to list. You know all the people you just left out to misrepresent the bible to support your failed exegesis of this passage.

If ou can't be bother to look he was directly speaking about Jews and Gentiles being found guilty by the law, he was not establishing the idea that we were born in sin.
