I think that is somewhat compressing , when we go from 0.12345679 to 1/81 , the first one we used 10 bytes, the second one we used 4 bytes.

The ultimate mathematical equation/algorithm would be a one that transforms fractions to rational numbers(n/m).

I've been reading alot about data compression lately .
