God makes a universe that tries us? Then that makes humans mere toys. Tsunamis, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, child rape and murder, famine, war. If you want to think that is "trying" like say a sport or a test in school, that is sick.
And that isn't even close to kind or love.
If a parent behaved in the same selective deadbeat manor your fictional sky hero you falsely believe is real, that parent would be arrested and put on trial.
