Manifest something tangible, god. Show us your existence by any of the means requested. Five minutes is all I ask. Just five. Hell I'll even settle for three minutes.
belief in God does require faith, however its not like you stay with faith all your life and never move from there, you have to first have faith and then God will come to you and address you and help you, but you have to show Him you are serious and have blind faith
you have ot also understand that this life isnt heaven, we are here to be tested not to enjoy life, those that enjoy life is like those that go to dinner have the entree and leave, they never get to taste the main course
believing in God wont do you any harm, if you want to prove to yourself as if God doesnt exist, then for some time 2 months try belief and faith, and see where it takes you
try to live as a believer and if you get nothing then you at least have an excuse before God that you tried and God didnt respond to you
however i am 100% you will get a response from God, just give it time 2 months at least
you wont lose anything, its not like your lifestyle or life has to change, just try to live "believing" even if it is superficial , because as long as you DO indeed make some effort He will respond that is His promise, no matter how small that effort is , but the response will be noticeable
try it the same way u try a new food or new dish or new recreation and see how you go, you got nothing to lose and certainty to gain
you dont have to give any money , or even tell anyone, just between you and God say "here i am guide me please" and wait for His response but live life as if you believe so tell yourself you believe even if you dont
