In the File Explorer or anywhere else that you have acces to "Computer," right-click on "Computer" and choose "Manage." In the left side, click on "Device Manager."
Find your device, right-click on it and "Uninstall."
The behavior you're talking about sounds pretty normal to me. The pen is magnetic, so it will start drawing before it actually touches the surface; my understanding is that pressure affects mainly the brush width, depending on what program you're using-- there should be a draw/don't draw button, no? My daughter uses a tablet a lot, and is comfortable with it. For me it's a nightmare-- it clicks when I don't want it to click, draws when I don't want it to draw, etc. Maybe you just need practice?
