Why do they always say we don't want god to exist? That's such a stupid bullshit thing to say. It's true I wouldn't want the malicious sociopathic god of the Quran or the Bible to exist (anymore than I would wish for Stalin to be immortal an rule us all for all time), but would I want a loving god that actually gave a shit about humans, and took care of our souls, if we had them, after we died?
