IamAwake, your views on abortion are very depressing to me. You've managed to reduce a foetus to a parasite or a clump of cells that is ok to cull?? I've watched the videos of aborted foetuses and I am moved to tears by the site of the little arms, legs, fingers and toes and indeed the whole underdeveloped bodies of these unwanted 'creatures' so I cannot consider this subject without the respect and reverence that, in my heart, I feel it should be treated with. I've watched programmes where women who have had abortions live with what amounts to guilt, or sadness for the life that wasn't to be. They aren't necessarily saying they would not have had the abortion (although some of them seemed to imply this) but they were affected very deeply by the experience. The most compelling story I watched was of a woman in American who survived being aborted. Here is an article about her:
