This hasn't been tried in court yet, no law has been established against the Bible being a state book.

No law needs to be established. It's pretty clear it doesn't pass the 1st Amendment's litmus test. This is a state government presenting a particular religion's holy book as its state book. It's dead in the water once it gets to court.
