Sure yeah no problem. Although do bear in mind that the players are assigned to roles by random which means you may find yourselves on different sides. It won't be a problem in her first game but over time some couples do learn how each other play and can learn when one of them is Mafia. You may want to avoid getting into any habits that could reveal your alignment when you first get your roles.
