"We're on the second date now, so I've prepared this excel spreadsheet. As you can see, we have a column for name, gender, age, number of times in each position, roughly how many times you orgasmed, and overall feedback. If you could just fill that in for me please, I'll order us some food. Waiter...."

It doesn't get quite as involved as "spreadsheet" but I've had some pretty severely detailed negotiations beforehand when we knew it was only going to be one weekend together and we didn't have the time to fuck around with "experimenting" with what worked.
