In a way, you can't knock it, but yeah, it does get painfully boring. Only thing that's slightly better when a boxer does it, a boxer like Mayweather, is you can at least appreciate his skill and counter-punching, if nothing else. When it happens in football, it's basically a bunch of men standing on the line hoofing the ball away, not really much skill involved in that.
