In what context does your mind exist? Where is it? What is it? What is the mechanism by which your mind exists (is carried)?
Is Pain not a good example of the physical world.
There is an argument that "the outside world" as you state, is a projection of the mind and may or may not actually be 'real' ....(read Buddhism)
