I noticed the wings because it was visible, the wings stands out in the clear. You might be right, all people who claim they saw an angel, they say he had wings. I am also aware of the claims that some people think of the Angels are cute, or have a human like body, or can take a form of any human.
I saw something sparkle and huge, i couldn't count the number of wings, but it was more than 4.
