Ask a Feminist! (my turn)

It depends on what you mean. I would argue that solving these issues would be good for men as well as women. Inequalities between different groups frequently creates resentment and anger, which isn't good for either side. If you mean issues that are problems for both men and women, I would have to point to our views regarding gender roles and societal expectations for each gender. For example, unrealistic body images and the pressure for men and women to look a certain way. I could also mention issues such as job discrimination, domestic violence, bodily autonomy (circumcision would be included) and homelessness, just to name a handful.

Aright here is a serious question. Why do you hate men?

I don't hate men. Far from it.

Most of the issues that hurt women are damaging for men also. For instance, some people blame victims for their own sexual assault. The flip side is the view that men can't help but act on any stray desire that a woman causes them.  Not only is the view on rape harmful to women, it is also based on very offensive ideas about men. Further, when a guy is raped people are less likely to believe him because of the myth that masculinity means having sex with anyone at anytime. Both men and women are hurt by traditional ideas about rape.

The reason I consider myself a feminist is because as a woman, I concentrate a little more on helping my own sex but ultimately, that will help men also.

There are some people that dislike the opposite sex. Among women, a few are feminists but there are also women who would never consider themselves feminists who make negative comments about men. Luckily,  blind dislike of men by women or women by men is uncommon

I agree and I would like to discuss something you mentioned. One common mistake people make when discussing activist groups is the idea that focusing on one group's inequalities somehow means that you don't care about issues effecting other groups. I am not sure how people manage to make that bizarre jump in logic but it certainly is not accurate.

The fight for gender equality. That is feminism in a nutshell. However, I also feel that there are a lot of other issues that go hand-in-hand with feminism, such as LGBT rights.

No, there isn't a fourth yet. lol The third-wave solved a lot of the problems among the second-wave feminists so I don't see any need for another. Most of the differences between these three groups are generational issues, such as transphobia. LGBT issues were still relatively new at the time so some feminists didn't really understand them.  TERFs are almost nonexistent among third-wave feminists. I will say that the second and first waves seemed to agree about the issues more than we do now. This is why I laugh when anti-feminists start talking about echo chambers or how most third-wave feminists supposedly believe this or that. lol There is a tremendous amount of infighting and disagreement about the problems we face as women and how they should be solved.

I would say the major difference for each movement would be:

First-Wave - They had the most monumental accomplishments for women and yet they were not very inclusive.

Second-Wave - The middle ground between the first and third waves. They had some major victories and were more inclusive toward racial minorities but still had issues with transgendered people.

Third-Wave - We haven't had as many major accomplishments but we have the most diversity of the three waves.
