I don't think I have enough hugs to give to cover that! So, he's got full guardianship and you haven't seen your child at all since September? That's messed up. You appealed the decision, but it will take a year for your appeal to be heard?
Are you in contact with any of your old in laws? I'm just trying to think of a way for you to try to get him to be reasonable and allow you to visit at least.
I wish I had some advice to give you, but when I got divorced I didn't have kids with the douche I was divorcing. He still took everything I owned and left me with 30k in debt, but that's nothing compared to taking a child away. I have a child now, so I can sympathize. If anyone tried to keep her from me, I'd cry too.
