Worse range than the Bishop?
The rest... yeah, it's as I expected... same gun as the Bishop. Bigger targets to hit, though... and that high arc gives you access to their engines where the armor is weak.

Also, considering how small the aiming circle gets (aka, the accuracy of the gun), splash shouldn't be a concern!

Exactly this is why this tank works well as  hybrid. 

Generally, tanks that try to fit two roles do them both pretty poorly (*).  Haven't played that particular one, though.

(*) The M3 Lee - who thought it was a good idea to combine the worst characteristics of a medium and a TD in one chassis?  Fuck me, I couldn't get out of that POS fast enough.
