I use Anagram Genius myself. There's an onsite generator, a searchable archive and a free trial downnload of the offline software, but the full paid version I have was only twenty-five quid (I had a discount as well). Dan Brown used it to find the anagrams for his da Vinci Code, but don't let that put you off.
