I just finished the article about children fainting. Some Muslims are upset that there is a negative story about his religion and think that the parents should have been told quietly. 

If you aren't feeding your child through the day and they faint or can't learn at school then you shouldn't have custody of those children. It doesn't matter if you are abusing your children for religious reasons or not.
