I agree with you regarding the Bishops who did not take action, and I have said so repeatedly in other threads.
However, I'm not scapegoating. I'm simply pointing out that the error was in allowing homosexuals into the priesthood.
The Church meant well...wanted to minister to these men...and this is what came of it.
