We have nerves that take ridiculous detours around our heart, our brains have to flip the image because our eyes see everything upside down (and have a blind spot to boot,) the fact that we use the same tube for ingestion and respiration (that's a true no brainer,) the fact that our feet have 26 moving parts, most of which aren't necessary, the fact that our spines and knees aren't good for bipedalism, the fact that I have nipples, the fact that my waste tract runs right next to my fun tract, or the fact that my urinary tract runs through my prostate gland.
The point is that if I could do a better job, your god is a halfwit.
