It sounds like Randy is admitting that it was rape or why bring the Sam Harris quote up?
I think Harris was incorrect although he wasn't condoning rape so much as saying that religion was worse than rape. The bible god tells men to take war captives as brides who will then have sex, whether they wish to or not, with the men who murdered their families. Other than the word, rape, there is nothing similar between the two statements. Also, no atheist has ever said that Sam Harris knows the future, can read their minds, is always watching them or exist outside of space and time. We don't claim that Sam Harris is the ultimate good either. The comparison is so stupid that it is embarrassing anyone made it.
